Engagement process
From scoping call to findings brief — the steps we follow when auditing procurement approval applications.
Financial audit of procurement approval applications works best when both sides know what arrives when. This page describes the path we use for flagship engagements and most related reviews.
Scoping call
We agree the period, the number of applications, the policy documents you will share, and whether work happens on-site in Gangnam or through document exchange. You leave with a written fee estimate.
Document intake
You send the authority matrix, approval policy, and application packs. We confirm receipt and flag obvious gaps before fieldwork starts, so mid-engagement surprises stay rare.
Financial reading
Reviewers examine amounts, signatures, dates, quotes, and cost codes. Working papers record what was tested and what could not be tested because a document was missing.
Clarification round
One consolidated question list goes to your contact. Answers update the draft findings; we do not reopen fieldwork for new batches mid-stream unless you commission an extension.
Findings brief and walkthrough
You receive the written brief and appendix. A short meeting with your finance lead walks through the highest-severity items and answers practical next steps.
What we need from you
A single named contact, access to the files for the agreed period, and a decision-maker who can interpret findings without waiting for a monthly committee — unless the committee is the intended audience, in which case we schedule the walkthrough accordingly.
