Fees
How we price financial reviews of procurement approval applications — starting points, estimate factors, and what a quote includes.
Fees are quoted after a short scoping call. The figures below are starting points for planning, not a menu you must pick from blindly.
| Engagement | Starting fee | What drives the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Procurement approval application audit | ₩4,800,000 | Batch size, language mix, on-site walkthroughs |
| Pre-award application review | ₩650,000 per pack | Number of drafts, urgency within the week |
| Post-approval compliance check | ₩3,200,000 | Sample size, payment-record fragmentation |
| Spend justification assessment | ₩2,100,000 | Number of scenarios, workshop sessions |
Estimate factors
We ask about the period covered, how applications are stored, whether Korean and English documents both appear, and whether findings must be walked through with a committee. Incomplete packs or late document transfers lengthen the calendar and may adjust the fee.
What a quote covers
The quoted amount includes planning, fieldwork, the written deliverable, and one clarification round. Travel within Seoul for scheduled sessions is included for flagship audits; overnight travel outside the city is billed separately if agreed in advance.
Deposits
Engagements above ₩2,000,000 usually require a 30% deposit to reserve the review window. The balance is due on delivery of the findings brief. See our refund policy for how deposits are handled if plans change.
