Data we collect

  • Contact form fields: name, email, selected audit type, optional scope note, and message
  • Correspondence related to scoping and delivery of audit work
  • Engagement documents you provide (which may include personal data of employees who appear on approval forms)
  • Technical logs such as IP address and basic browser data needed to operate the site

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted audit work, keep engagement records, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in South Korea.

Depending on context, we rely on steps prior to contract, performance of contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and legal obligations.

Retention

Inquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Engagement correspondence and working papers are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required by law or agreed with the client. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with IT hosting providers under confidentiality terms, with professional advisers when required, or with authorities when Korean law requires disclosure.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Korea, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and will inform clients when engagement documents must leave Korea.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@intel-portal.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.

Children

Our services are directed to organisations and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
