Refund Policy

This policy explains when Intel Portal issues refunds for paid course enrollments confirmed with our team. Website pricing is informational only; no checkout occurs on this site.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Intel Portal for a specific course seating (Self-paced Desk, Studio Seat, or Mentor Circle). Promotional add-ons may follow different rules stated on the invoice.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must reach us at least seven (7) days before the published cohort start date, or within fourteen (14) days of payment for Self-paced Desk if fewer than 20% of lessons have been accessed — whichever condition applies to your seating.

Full refunds

A full refund is available when you cancel within the timeframe above and have not received substantial mentor review deliverables (for Studio Seat or Mentor Circle).

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the cohort starts but before the midpoint, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of fees paid, less any completed 1:1 sessions already delivered. After the midpoint, partial refunds are generally not available.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam vouchers, printed materials already shipped, and completed private mentoring hours are non-refundable. Administrative bank fees charged by payment providers may be deducted where permitted.

Refund process

Email info@intel-portal.digital with your full name, course name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may request proof of payment.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative transfer in Thai baht.

Cancellations by Intel Portal

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Serious illness or force majeure may qualify for goodwill accommodations outside the standard windows. Documented cases are reviewed individually and do not create a standing exception for others.
