By using intel-portal.digital or commissioning work from Intel Portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

Services described

Content on this site describes professional financial audit and review services related to procurement approval applications. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties confirm scope and fee in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Intel Portal. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without prior written consent. Working papers and findings briefs produced under an engagement belong to the client upon full payment, except for our underlying methodologies and templates, which remain ours.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate documents and not withhold known exceptions relevant to the agreed scope. You remain responsible for decisions taken after receiving our findings.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Intel Portal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from reliance on findings beyond the agreed written scope. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Korean law prohibits such limitation.

Website use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or submit false contact information. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
